Subscription Cancellation & Return Policy

By placing a “Subscription Order,” you agree to our terms and conditions.
To ensure that you have 24/7 access to your subscription account as well as free shipping, handling, and processing for your subscribed purchase(s) with Vitalize Hair, subscriptions are set to auto-renew. You will be charged for your scheduled subscription until you cancel your subscription.

As a subscriber, you are responsible for managing your subscription account. You can cancel your subscription by modifying your account via the subscription email you have received upon purchase. If you require assistance with the cancellation process please visit our website and click the support tab.

If you want to cancel a subscription order you must do so at least three (3) business days before the scheduled charge date to ensure the cancellation of your order. Failure to do so will result in the product(s) being charged and shipped, as scheduled by default.

If you want to cancel your subscription before your 2nd installment is due you will need to file a ticket with customer service. At which point, you will be charged a shipping, handling, and processing fee as the original order will have then become a one-time purchase.

In the event that you are canceling your subscription and are also returning a subscription order, you will be charged a $25 shipping, handling, and processing fee, as a breach of our subscription policy.

Manage your Subscription
